Security first based on the gravity of offence and the nature of the offender!
An alien with a treasonable charge on his neck is not what you call bailable.

what do you think u know about law and bail? Do u think ur ability to regurgitate nonsense u read from uninformed pple make u reasonable? The business of the executive is to charge percieved law breakers to court and execute punishment as pronounced by judiciary. Labeling offences as 'bailable' and 'non bailable' by your president is judicial interference. It can lead to suspension of ur country by international bodies

The rule of law makes a civilized society, any country that relegates it will never make any progress.

When an alien threatens the peace of a territory, and then find himself within that territory, an arrest of that alien is in order. By the way, Kanu is finished. he will rot in jail. Ipod can do their worst, Buratai will severely deal with them cheesy grin

If you call the country a zoo, why should you expect any rule of law in a zoo
Re: Is The Rule Of Law In Trouble? by zendy: 12:53am On Dec 31, 2015
Buhari is just another typical Nigerian who does not believe in "innocent until proven guilty". Buhari literally proclaimed Dasuki and Kanu guilty on national Tv and this is a very bad thing for a leader of a democratic nation to do. How can a president openly support the flouting of court judgments on national tv but turn around to say he is defending the constitution? Chei!

Because it is the constitutional right of anyone to call Nigeria a zoo
