FU murdered Zoe who was basically a nobody, and Dexter kill bad guys that fly under the radar, basically the kind of people no one would miss.

Baelish however, publicly assassinated A KING (present day equivalence to a president), knowing fully well that someone else will invariably be blamed for the murder. Now, that's what I call genius. The perfect schemer, an opportunist.

Go to Reddit or any GOT forum, even Facebook, Lord Baelish has long been established as one of the most dangerous villains in modern fiction

Underwood is a small time political dynamo because he only has The United States and Republicans to worry about.

Baelish doesn't have that luxury. The continent of Westeros is indeed very massive and is divided into 7 kingdoms where Kings tend to die frequently, so you can understand why Baelish ambitious rise is extremely slow.

And let's not forget there are several players all aiming for the Iron throne as well, but what made Baelish the most dangerous of the lot is that no one knows his real intention, hence, no one would see him coming when he eventually makes his move.

FU's flaws:
-Frank Underwood lack finesse
-fairly reckless.
-Employs bullying and blackmail as a political tool.
-He relies on his wife a little too much.
-Has too much ego
-Create more enemies than friends/allies.
Ultimately, the above flaws will come back to hunt him and the house of cards he built will come crashing down.
