Fight Against Corruption: Why Is Pmb Afraid Of Taking On Mtn? by Nobody: 1:52pm On Jan 01, 2016
We all know that according to this pmb's regime, dasuki broke a law and also did mtn.

The money involved in dasuki's case is an all alleged (still in court) $2.1billion dollars, while the fine on mtn for breaking a law was initially put at N1.4trillion.

It is surprising that dasuki is in DSS custody despite court orders granting him bail but mtn I read told the pmb's lead government point blank that it is not going to pay the reduced fine (over N700billion) because the matter is still in court.

What is the matter here? Is the fg through ncc afraid of mtn?

Is the fight against corruption one sided?

Are there vested interests in these cases?

Do it mean that companies can do whatever they like?

This government forces (using the army and police) PMS marketers who buys PMS at N130 per lit to sell at N87 per lit thereby incurring loss of N43 per lit but it cannot force mtn to pay over N700billion naira fine.

What a shame!

The ignoramus doesn't even know that the deadline for the fine payment elasped on 31st 2015 today is public holiday. The govt would appropriately take actions it needs to take in due time. We need to remember the violations started during Jonathan regime but he lacked the substance to do anything right. The battle line has been drawn MTN would clearly be reminded that there is a govt in Nigeria.

Many of the people wanting MTN to be touched are those unemployed idiots that wants more people to them team. The matter need to be handled with caution to safe the citizens.

First, MTN can only sell the comany to another person or even if they decide to pack and leave, other companies will expand and more people will be employed. MTN workers alone vannot beat APC
