Darling,
stick with shea butter, cocoa butter, lemon and blended orange peels please.
you can also use cucumber when u have bags under your eyes.

Nne please. Odikwa too lovely to risk messing up your largest organ.

Best not to use it If you're not sure. But If you read the components and Google them, then you'll know If they are bleaching items or not.

But I believe there are better creams out there though.
