I bought a BlackBerry Q10 last two week and since then I've been having issues with the phone,after fully charging the phone the battery drains up so quickly which won't last up to 5 hours and the phone heats up even on standby..I've already bought another battery for the phone but the problem still persist..The heating up is what drives me crazy and it gets worse by the day.

Please my fellow nairalander am in need of help here,any contribution from you guys will be highly appreciated.

I had the same problem before.. What version of os 10 are you running?.. I might be able to help

The version is Q10SQN100-3/10.3.2.2639.
Am seriously in need of help here,an inputs will be highly appreciated.

Someone told me to reload the phone OS..I havnt been sure of his recommendation,still need some tips from the gurus in the house on how to tackle the problem.

lolzzzzz....z10 is blackberry. trust z10 and q10 are bb 10 strongest fones i cn bet my 1million dollar on it.

Update ur phone and everything will become normal
