Hopeless fool, let us post from both states. The truth is that imo state is in a total mess in all sectors. What you do is to come here to console yourself because you know the truth in your sober moments. The truth is always bitter.. cheesy

Abagworo:
Don't worry I won't post pictures from your State. I'm impressed with Imo.

chinology:
Stop mentioning Anambra or any part thereof on this thread.

Any time you mention it this is what you get. Below is the true state of Owerri and Imo state at large.

This is just a warning

[s][/s]
I've transversed Imo State and there is no road like that. The government is constructing alternative road at Umuapu and its 80% completed.
Re: Few Pics From Imo State by chinology:
The truth is hurtful..cheesy

The worthless state can't even afford to pay ordinary salary, is it infrastructure that it will embark on? But someone is here deceiving himself just to feel good.. cheesy

centje:
This thing happened in june. The staff hasn't been paid 4 months salary not 6months. The count is from September to december, not from june. From September it's 4 months, from june it's 6 months. The doctor works in IMSUTH, and I have told you he is not a politician, why would he lie about payment of his salary?? I really don't understand why you keep insisting on lie.

Moreover, the incident that happened in june, which you're quoting, was useless. The deputy governor never used that to penalise anyone, because it was difficult to determine who was suppose to be at the hospital when he visited. Some staff were on annual leave, some on study leave, some on shift, some had call and wasn't expected in the hospital at the time of his visit, some had finished their work for the day and left hospital.

Quit running around, and accept the truth.

Why are you so obsessed with Imo State? I have gone round and most of the things written both here and twitter are outright lies. I'm happy with state of things and everywhere looks overwhelmingly improved as against last year.

IMSU junction today

Re: Few Pics From Imo State by chinology: 8:54am On Jan 03, 2016
Hopeless i.diot, you are the one rather obsessed with Anambra. You rather attach yourself to us than discuss your hopeless Imo state.

These are typical rural roads in Imo state. Tell me why any sane person should be proud of this useless State. Stop mentioning Anambra on this thread or you have me to contest with.... cool

Abagworo:
Akwa Ibom has a very long way to go. In Imo it is almost a like a city in the entire State. Apart from Roads, hospitals and schools built everywhere by Government and bank branches virtually in every village, the individuals are rich and built magnificent mansions. I am writing this with every authority and confidence. I am in Imo State at the moment. Very proud of my beautiful State.

Sometimes I ponder at the lies being peddled on social network.
You are not far from the truth. Imo is like a mini metropolis, with many towns

A ride from Amaraku to Orlu is like a ride inside one megacity with many suburbs. Every village in that axis is surprisingly urbanized.

I agree with you here. Looking from the air, the cluster of private property, many private mansions in this area make it look like one large metropolis.

But when will government provide them such things like sports stadium to engage the youths, produce new sports talents that can represent Nigeria in the Olympics?
,
Does Okorocha not understand the importance of organized sporting competitions for young people?

It's going to five years - no organized youths sports competition took place in Orlu because Okorocha government damaged the only sports stadium.
Does Okorocha not understand good from bad?

Who on earth in his/her right mind could condemn a sports stadium, have it dismantled without first building a substitute?

Okorocha should have fast built a substitute stadium as soon as he left the old Orlu stadium to ruins, more so, when it took him less than six months to build two stadium-like arenas in Owerri.

But when will Imo government resume with providing the people in these mega city with surburbs with running water, urban drainage//sewage, sports and recreation centres, etc.
Mega cities of suffering are they if the cities do not have the above facilities.

Gov. Okorocha provides some of these facilities only restricted to Owerri.

We need responsible governments in Imo, not governors fixated on the idea that only the state capital needs development infrastructure .

Pls do not let an average Nkwerre man/woman hear you say that Nkwerre and Orlu are together.

Yes, like you may have wanted to say, Orlu and Nkwerre are nearly linked together by urbanization through Eziachi, but they are too different towns.

See if you can visit this site to unblock that your video. I watched the video after applying instructions from this site, but it later got blocked.

Orlu stadium is almost complete. Grassing has started.

After traveling around some towns and villages in Imo state, I have come to realize that Imo state has countless number of extremely rich individuals. The main thing is that they don't make noise. You will hardly know they exist unless you ask questions. Imo wu oke mba! I don't want to talk about the outrageous number of beauties I have seen in this state. Ufodu dika mami water eziokwu!

And what is the difference between what you showed of the level of the work at the stadium and what I showed? The same level of work, but you told your audience that the stadium would be ready last December.

It is unhealthy for the youths in Orlu to stay for about five years going without any organized sports - that is the issue.
Re: Few Pics From Imo State by Abagworo(m): 1:38pm On Jan 04, 2016
More from the stadium. You can see how its being done. PDP will soon claim 30billion was used. That woman is a widow and got 50k for her portion which she has almost completed. She is happy that the stafium has been brought closer to her villa Amucha.

Re: Few Pics From Imo State by millionaireman: 1:45pm On Jan 04, 2016
More grease to your elbow;

But that tiny stadium under construction in Orlu is taking donkey, donkey, donkey years to build, many many years more than it took to build this Etihad stadium.

Nothing good comes easy my friend. The whole general hospitals being built everywhere in the State is now at this level. It means construction is completed and we now face equipping.
