Ok guys, am a young mother looking to build in Lagos but will like to stay on the mainland because am not a fan of lekki and its mad traffic. Also I personally think land is over priced in that area.
I really need a land on the mainland. Preferably in an estate.

Hello, you can get a plot of land in Surulere with an existing property that you can demolish and build on. Budget between N15million to N25million based on accessibility if Surulere is your thing. Getting a plot of land in an estate on the mainland will not come cheap. If you have another location in mind, let me know.

Oga please what other location do you suggest and I notice you are a builder too. What about ikorodu

Ikorodu is a good choice if you are ready for the long ride to-and-fro the mainland or you are an entrepreneur. You can get land in Ikorodu between N2million to N10million in good locations that are not too far from the major roads (you can get cheaper in some locations too but they might not be your choice).

I know some locations I can ask you to check out which are quite reasonable and have good access roads. Yes, am a architect/builder but am more of an entrepreneur.

Good evening. If u are considerin buying property on mainland. I have ideal of like 4 to 6 estates on mainland which are are cheaper and accessible to any were u are going. For example!!!
1. Kay farm estate. Ogba. Price range of land in this estate are 15m to 20. U can get some with structure.
2. Peace estate. Paulo, is along lagos ibadan express way, opposite deeper camp. I have a full plot of land with a foundation of 6 bedrooms duplex. Am selling it for 3 million, but slightly negotiate. Cos the owner need money.
3. Half plot of land in alafia estate, Ogba. 7.5millon net.
4. Have different plot of land @ ikorodu, inside an estate around ibeshe from 1.5 m to 2.6 m.
