Many times, I have heard people (especially Pastors and Priests) claim that marriage outside the church is not yet recognised fully by God. And so, on that note, having sex with your spouse before your white wedding is fornication. In my opinion, I think this ideology is a clear product of total brain washing!!! Come to think of it, what is the origin of white wedding by the way? I guess a lot of people have not pondered on this question. From my research, a white wedding is a traditional formal or semi-formal wedding originating in Britain. However, the term now also encapsulates the entire Western wedding routine, especially in the Christian religious tradition, which generally includes a ceremony during which the marriage begins, followed by a reception. And then, I ask you and I, on what grounds do religious leaders claim that white/church wedding is compulsory before marriage is recognised by God? Feel free to share your views

Let me get ur point , are you saying minus white wedding, minus traditional wedding, and minus court wedding, couple can have sex before marry and God will accept it

If ur position is, without white wedding, a couple can have other type of solemnization like court or traditional wedding and have sex even before white wedding. I agree. In short, apart from white wedding, traditional wedding or court wedding is enough.

That is what happens when people don't know history nor read. whoever is under-informed can be totally brainwashed without anything remaining in that brain except for what the brainwasher has inserted there.

white wedding plus traditional is like repeating an occasion twice.
there is nothing wrong in it though but to make it look like a marriage without the white wedding is an abomination is what I don't get
