guess the commissioner's PVC wouldn't be use? let him not cry because his uncle Gej did same in Rivers state. imagine where a commissioner was change a day to election. anyway PDP will win. southern ijaw will be shared by both parties and PDP will win. but if them send the commissioner to use him PVC, palava done show be dat. |
