From the way the apc propagandist are supporting the president for the budget gaffe how on earth a budget that Buhari economic team took time to write with detailed research only for president Buhari to say in his maiden media chat that he his not aware of 70% of what they wrote in the budget.

I feel Buhari is buying time to delay the budget the same way he uses for the so called minister he chooses
Is it that the president does not read the budget or the entire presidency is jokin

This senseless news paper is just spitting nonsense since morning,how is it possible to delay budget for 6 months without government shutting down
