It pains me 2 note dat, Warri has d highest number of mad people roaming the streets freely. All major roads have one or two maybe three mad men roaming. A brief count:
Okere road: 2
Airport road: 2
Apala road: 1
Eboh road: 2
Bowen Avenue (Mciver) :4
Efforts/Sapele Rd: 3
PTI Rd: 2
Okumagba Avenue /deco Rd: 3
Udu Rd: 3
Ajamimogha Rd(ex gov uduaghan zone): 2
Upper/lower erejuwa: 2
These are jst few dat came 2 mind now.
Pls I beg d government in d state to do something about them. They are part of us. Pls.

I believe through this forum it wld get 2 the ears of pple in authority for them 2 act fast. These guys deserve 2 n @ d psychiatric hospital for proper care n accommodation.
