First, from the onset, provisions were made in the electoral laws for the use of card readers. All stakeholders involved vetoed the use of card readers, including PDP.

For the election in questioned, the umpire, INEC specifically announced that only card readers would be used for accreditation. No manual accreditation.

Is PDP claiming to be ignorant of this instruction?

don't let yo slave mentality to apc allow u interpret d law wrongly. card reader is never mentioned in any law in Nigeria. it's a mere INEC guideline which can not supersede electoral act.
