So I was in a bus travelling back to school this morning when we got to Igbodo in Delta state. Suddenly, a car swerved infront of us. The bus driver applied brakes but the bus didn't stop till it had hit the small car from behind. We all quickly got out of the vehicle which had then stopped near the bush as the other car infront was releasing smoke. Soon the car caught fire but nothing could be done to quench it. The occupants got out but the booth was jammed and their properties couldn't be rescued. Although few people obtained little bruises, it was way better than being roasted alive.

We all should be careful as we drive. Let us mind the way we speed. Even if we're not driving, try to caution the drivers. We have just a life to live.

this wan no who fault, Buhari? jona? abi obasanjo?
why do people choose to live life on the fast lane?

if you look properly na small boy the drive the car, never enter I public transport wen small pikin or unmarried looking mam is driving, all the care about is making some extra dough and being with the hottest girl in the club later in the night.

A family man thinks of the future of his family, a future involving in, a future not without him and I am sure his wife continues to pull his ears every night reminding him for the need for safety

Now na the owner of car na im loose, " oga see your key, moto don burn "

May Almighty God continue to protect us and our families wherever we find ourselves, even from from the hands of those who kill innocent people in the name of their god

Re: An Accident Experience by Nobody: 5:57am On Jan 07, 2016
I won't be surprised if we have one of the highest fatality rates in the world due to car accidents. It's more than obvious that most accidents are a result of human error (bad driving, unfit drivers - physically and mentally, and poorly maintained cars and roads), yet we don't do anything about it. Na only prayer for safe journey, thanking God, and screaming "Ember month" we fit do.

Imagine the thousands of lives we could have saved if only we took responsibility.

Maybe if he had a fire extinguisher actually. cheesy

That kind of bus looks like the one they enter from make-shift parks. They are not ever equipped with such emergency tools. undecided

when the vehicle catches fire it maybe difficult for the owner to go in and get his extingusher esp if an explosion can be imminent

it always happens every day in different locations of the globe and it only depends on its magnitude.

Meanwhile, lemi use this medium to thank God for sparing another precious soul. May God continue to put testimonies in your mouth. amen!

they have a terminal to their name.... I guess that was one of their old buses. But old vehicles still carry fire extinguishers if the drivers care about safety.
