@ djnonny, Vaxt: I think it's prudent to also inform people how much is to be paid as development levies, and other sundry charges.
There are certain rites that non indigenous buyers are expected to pay. This should be stated, so any interested person knows the additional financial commitments he's going to make.

Also, I'm wondering why you couldn't come up with pictures of the said land.
At first, you posted a computer generated image. Later, you changed it with these pictures Spyder880 took when he went to inspect lands in Anambra. I don't think he took those pics at Ebenebe. They are from other locations in Awka.
