That is Owerri road by Okigwe few poles from Hotel De ville I lodged last 2 days, the road is the concrete road built and asphalt added on top, broh, I know about road technology and that cement road will last many years.

I have no stake in Aba except Biz and I am off to Enugu.

He's a rogue. We don't want him. Otti is tested and tried. Ngwa people can wail for all I care we want better development not road development. Abia is lagging behind since but otti will definitely change things.

the system that brought okezie is faulty. he should also learn how to use good renowned construction companies. if Enugu can use Arab contractors and RCC, please don't tell me abia doesn't have the money.
