It had been freezing once in a while until one day I charged it in the church using generator and it just started misbehaving and finally died.

I took it to a phone engineer who opened and tested it. He said everything was in order but the phone would not even into recovery mode, flashing was impossible that's why I am looking for some who can flash whith jtag

the situation you have described doesn't really sound like one that requires Jtag.

The phone is dead. You can't turn it on and it doesn't 'charge' anymore.
