hi I have been having problems sleeping for the past 1 and half years, for me every night is a struggle and every day is a fight, My body says "sleeeeeep", but my mind said "forget about it". Mine stems from severe anxiety. I have tried all different types of medication and terapy but no joy for long term cure, I realy need help because I feel like im slowly dying, no one understand my problem ,if there is any help out there please some one let me know |
