Ahead of Bayelsa state rerun election,military gunboats were spotted in the creeks of Southern Ijaw local government area.The soldiers are expected to foster peace and prevent Southern Ijaw voters and INEC materials from thugs and militants who may wish to create violence and hijack election materials in tomorrow's Bayelsa State election.
