Just need to know why they do, in the case of overwhelming evidence and confessional statement to the police proving that they are guilty of the crime.Rather, they still insist that they are not guilty of the crime.Had to bring this up because of the case about a rapist who was caught red handed raping an 18 years old girl in a boutique and also made a confessional statement to the police that he committed the crime, still went in front of the judge and say "not guilty". So NLers, how does this help his case? |
