I've been using my registered Airtel sim for about two years without any issue. I got a message from Airtel notifying me to re-register and win #5,000 Airtime. Spent money on T-Fare o plus the crowd in their Shoprite office was too much and I had to stand for over an hour.
Finally got it registered only for them to send me #100 pere.

I felt so cheated. Why the lie now?

Then it happened...
Airtel finally fulfilled her promise. #5,000 worth of airtime got in.

You can imagine the joy.

Don't rush to start calling Airtel Names. The #5,000 you will get it after 24hours. Not immediately. I re-registered my airtel sims 2 days ago and i was given #5,000 after 24hrs and it's Airtel to Airtel calls : validity period 3 days.

So, come back here tomorrow and Apologize for jumping into hasty conclusion. After 24hrs dial *223# and tell me what u see under Bonus Airtel calls

that is strange.maybe u didn't check your bonus airtime as at the time u were credited(a rebuttable presumption). Although,am not overruling the fact that it can happen...the 4days

Was given 5000k too i no see am for my phone o. Yet they are running advert on radio saying they gv 5k

Got 7500 not too long.
