Firstly, do they accept nabteb and waec together, if so, then he should go to any University of his choice Dat has law and accept two sittings

firstly, Law accepts only one sitting in O'level.
again, he doesn't need GOVERNMENT to study law. The three compulsory subjects are English, Maths and literature plus any other two subjects which in this case, he has c.r.k and econs. so, O'level wise, He is qualified to be enrolled.
finally, he should be more concerned with scoring high in both his Utme and Putme so as to secure admission on merit.

I know this because I'm part of the community you aspire to belong.

It depends on his scores in both utme and putme. UNILAG is better than the latter and is therefore more competitive in terms of admission. also, school fees of Unilag,I presume, is lower than that of LASU.
So, if his scores aren't quite high and he has NO CONNECTION, he should forgo Unilag and go for Lasu because of admission.

My refutable opinion.

What then should be his subject combination for jamb? what if he decides enrolling govt eng lit and crs in jamb, whereas he didn't av govt in his olevel. won't it affect?
