This happened in the early hours of todayalong Ado Road, Ajah, Lagos. According an eyewitness, Bawallah Jubril, the driverwas drunk. The crash led to a protracted period of blackout in the area.

For something that just happened today? In our own terms we can't call that protracted blackout because even when there's no fault on the equipment, we are used to long periods of blackout
