NL's pls I need to know what is wrong with my BlackBerry z3, as the phone goes off on its own why browsing. And it will keep trying to reboot until it goes off. When it is re booting and I try to switch it off, it will refuse to go off. The phone is 14months old. Pls I need it to get to front page so that I can get more views and advices as I am not ready to get a new phone now.

the ba3 may luk or seem tight, but just add paper to it to make it very tight. It shud stop d rebootin. Thank me later

Its likely that the battery is weak.Try and change the battery.

I doubt if it has anything to do with the battery. The battery is inbuilt, can't even see it. Anyways, thanks.
