How A Pastor Befriended Me Because Of My 3k Offering, Read What He Did Later. by Nobody: 11:40am On Jan 10, 2016

A popular evangelist came to our buisness area to preach one afternoon, after which he required us to sow a seed of faith to challenge God in our area of finances, he told us to bring out something tangible for the lord and raise it upwards for him to bless.
We all did as commanded, but i noticed that he reprimanded us for folding or squeezing our offering and said we should spread it open, a strategy i later learnt in dissuading some from giving lesser denominaton as one can be too ashamed to raise up something like #20 or #50.
To act out my faith i brought out all i have on me about 3k and offered. This was when i was facing serious financial issues due to the poor state of the economy, and in truth my offering was the biggest among all gathered.
After the prayers he approached me and said he will become my spiritual guide and mentor which i agreed to.
But later on, as i begin to unfold my financial struggles and challenges to him, hoping for some special prayers and diliverance, he started to withdraw from me, stoped picking my calls and now less friendly unlike the first time he saw spread between my fingers, three crispy notes of 1k.
Indeed religion is a huge scam!!

Exactly, though they know this but unfortunately athiest wont admit bt would be quick to jump on the op to prove their point.

Also don't depend too much on others to guide you spiritually. They are human. Know God through your own effort too.
