You must be a very dumb fella for this your stvpid retort. That question of yours should be directed at your brothers in those states, and not me, coz last time I checked they are still doing 'business' at those locations. Besides, as I've already proved, even your SE states were owing salaries and received bailouts (with some even complaining of it being inadequate to offset their bills), with the exception of Anambra. I don't know about your region o, but no state in the SW has more than 30,000 civil servants on its payroll, in a state of millions of people, so because a few thousands are being owed salaries, million others no get work again, even if na farming sef? You need to receive sense.
