Going by what he wrote, the candidate is good but misdirected his energy and misapplied his wisdom. Not having teacher is not an excuse for failing an exam. He should have developed himself and studied wide. My best subjects where I had highest grade possible in waec were the ones we did not have teachers. He is simply a lazy student.
