Hello nairalanders, pls my powerbank has refused to charge. The first led indicator among the 4 power indicators keeps blinking but will never add a current to it. I don't know if there's a way out of this, or has my powerbank finally kissed goodbye?

What is the name of the power bank

mine is worse...its not upto a week i bought it...charges fine...bt my problem is...it doesnt charge my phone fully when it dies....tot PB is supposed to charge ur phone severally once its fully charged...

the brand is not the issue, av been using it for d past 5 months. Very reliable until now.

Pls wats d name of d one ur using ,how much and can I get it in ikeja? I intend goin to get one 2mor b4 ,the one I had fell and dat ended it,lol! Was a rugged one tho but cos it fell,I cnt get to charge it again

Bought Applesoft 4400mah since 2012 (dunno if its still in the market) and its still working fine. Presently using the Xiaomi 10400mah. Got it as a gift from this guy

I use xiaomi 10400 mah and it is having this problem. it has refused to charge. i bought it nov last year

What type of charger are you using? Look for a 2A charger and see if it will pick up. Did you completely discharge the powerbank?

no. I didn't discharge completely. I've been using since I bought it. I use the charger for my phone to charge it. what is a 2A charger please?

Get a phone that has power bank in it

Check the charger head for the rating......usually from 0.5A to 2.0A. Chargers with 2.0A rating charge batteries faster.

Op buy FIL power bank it's the best, I bought mine since 2014 still charge as new.
