they can also extend another letter to the current president PMB,cos under his watch as ptdf chairman,billions went missing and he said he knew nothing about such monies ..also tell him to explain in detail how abacha did not steal any money .....! I hope they can do so since they want to claim they are fighting corruption!

For 6 years, I wanted jona to investigate his past leaders including obj and tinubu, but he did not. Later I thought that as most of these former leaders are now in opposition to him, he has an excuse to make their yam eating capacity known to nigerians, but he still did or could not.
Right now, since I've now realised that the yam eaters association has a lot of members, I support babas effort in doing it one after the other, especially with those who can be caught with the yam in their mouth and thus capable of recovery.

I do not support frivolous accusations sir. He was never charged to court and those that even investigated him found nothing. Up till now, no one has come out with prove that he stole money talk less of charging him to court.
If its true that he stole money, pdp would have used it and people like ffk would still be shouting about it up till now.
Even you cannot give details of how the money was stolen.

That GEj refused to prosecute currupt officials during his tenure has created a big issue in babas corruption fight. It has expanded the scale at which the new government has to investigate.
But like a wise man, he is taking it step by step. Let the fresh yam eaters get cleared and sent to prison, then we can look at the old yam eaters. Looking at everything at ones will be disorderly and stressful. Look at the work EFCC is going through and we never enter NNPC, customs immigration and co.

By the way, are you saying that pmb should not prosecute yam eaters, even though he is selective as you claim?

Are you saying that because he is not ready to prosecute everybody, he should prosecute none?
Bro because thief number 1 is walking free does not mean thief number 2 has a right to walk free too.

Buhari also shot himself in the foot by already declaring,during a media chat, that an individual on trial was guilty even wen the court hasnt said so...That responsibility is also for the judiciary not the executive arm...
As for amaechi and his likes,had GEJ prosecuted them den,you wud have been the first to accuse the former president of "cherry picking"...

he has evidence that he is privileged to,court have u bail doesn't mean if new revelations comes out you can't be charged on with that and be ready arrested,the prosecutors are only getting smarter,they could have add the new charges but they refused,no law is against what they did,it simply of this court gives u bail,you av done so much we can charge you with another case,you don't have any evidence against Buhari the PTF report did not indict him in anyway, cherry picking, mango picking let them pick themselves and clean the table that's my own.

I read it on premium times only for me to find out 3days later that the info was taken away after obasanjo and PMB "settled"...

because the law acquitted him does not take away the fact that he was responsible for those monies that went missing,A very impartial judge den wud have indicted and sentenced him...even the probe it self was a sham,a waste of resources/time,and a way for former president obasanjo to cover up PMB for reasons best known to him...

Am not saying he sud not go after those corrupt elements because his job is neither to probe nor prosecute them....leave that for the law enforcement agencies like EFCC or ICPC to handle the matter and the judiciary arm to make the necessary sentencing if the perpetrators are found culpable!

Finally if PMB really intends to prosecute all and sundry(including himself) who partook in corrupt practices,he sud first go and make ALL law enforcement agencies including EFCC and ICPC to be independent of the executive arm of government(which i seriously doubt that he will do)...failure to do dat will only make Nigeria continue in its vicious circle(where the ruling party leaders hide corrupt loyalists from being prosecuted) in terms of corruption and the youth that you highlighted in ur last paragraph will keep suffering because the government of the day failed to do nothing about corruption going on within its domain!

Whether you want to believe it or not....whether it was stolen by PMB or missing under his watch,he is responsible and in a saner clime,he wud have been brought in for questioning but u still dont believe he sud because he was found to be innocent by the same judges who pronounced a former governor of delta state innocent only for him to be arrested and sentenced in a different country for the same charges...

As for fear of court cases,FFK has nothing to hide...only a guilty man will have something to hide,or are you saying any one who speaks against the current government will be charged to court for no reason just to shut dem down?

Before i go further let me make a correction...its ptf(petroleum trust fund) not ptdf which was embezzled by OBJ and ATIKU

wen obasanjo was sworn in as president in 1999,He set up a judicial panel to probe ptf...they later confirmed through their report that funds worth billions were missing...hope i have answered that for you?

So far the amount of monies missing as contained in the panel's report then was over #25billion but there are still controversies that monies more than that figure was missing...Hope i have answered that for you?
