A Reputable Engineering Firm seeks the services of a Landscape Operations Coordinator as a result of growth and expansion of the company with the under-listed skills, experience and duties.

The must be proficient in performing all tasks of landscape installation/construction. These positions should manage landscape installation/construction projects, and act as an intermediary between field operations and management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Architecture/Horticulture/Civil Engineering/ Building Tech or equivalent background with 4 years
• Construction Background is required.
• Applicants must be good in Auto-CAD and 3D

JOB SKILLS

• Read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines and supply necessary timeliness.
• Manages and dispatches all subcontractors on landscape construction projects in conjunction with production manager.
• Prepares, analyses, and reports to management (field and office) job costing reports.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Collect reports of regular tailgate safety meetings conducted by foremen.
• Order and schedule material deliveries to landscape construction projects.
• Supervise the production at multiple job sites.
• Manages and dispatches all subcontractors on landscape construction projects.
• Schedule work force allocations for all landscape construction projects with input from
