am not sure which section this question should be but the mods can help me do the needful if its in the wrong section.

scientist in the house can you please help me to convert 30,000iu (international units) of vitamin A palmitate to mg and kg? thanks.

first convert the value of the vitaminA palmitate to micrograms(mcg)

30000iu x 0.55 =16500mcg

then covert the above answer to milligrams(mg) by dividing by 1000.

16500/1000=16.5mg
