I never heard any one representing the Nigerian Army claim to have found the 'missing' certificate but only the APC claiming the army has. If the army has truly found it they should address the public and present the certificate in its original form.

Buhari does not possess WAEC, he however owned the first school leaving certificate. He joined the army through principal's recommendation and rose in rank courtesy nepotism. He therefore saw no reason to sit for WAEC.

Okay, for "argument sake", let us agree that Buhari does not have a WASC Certificate (just for arguing sake).

The important question should be is he "qualified" using the prescription of our Constitution, to be a President?
The Constitution requires just a minimum of Pry Six level of education, ..."and" some work experience. (You'all can conform this).

Now, as a former Head of State, a Retired general of the Nigerian Army, as a graduate of the American War College, as a graduate of the 'now' Defence Academy, As a graduate of the India War College and many more years as Head of PTF.... is anyone with a drop of brain still claiming he is not qualified to be a President, as defined by our constitution?

I enjoy it when l see peeps #WAILING but l think they sound utterly foolish when they still wail about this certificate issue!
It is done and dusted. Try something new please.

But then, the Army said on National TV (I heard it with my own ears and saw it with my eyes and a lot of people commented and tend over it on Social media, see an example below) .....to have found Buhari's Certificate

I believe what happened was after getting in on the strength of a note from his principal that "...he will pass" of course he started earning salaries going for course and living like every other man at the time. Remember the kind of respect accorded to even school principals at the time. It became very difficult, being celebrated/admired as a fledgling Nigerian officer to be seen to be laden with a WAEC task (like the other boys in the village).

So I believe he just left it and continued being a man.[/size]
