Please how can i get original timing belt for toyota camry 1997 i4 engine? car just stalled and refuse to start. mech checked the TB area and it was loose, can this cause any damage?

engine is non interface, so there will be no damage to valves.

Oem timing belt 12k fake 3k rubbish 1500. Toks 3k (don't buy toks, don't buy fake)
