MTN tricked me to update my sim registration while promising to credit my phone with N5000 which they did and took away after a day. I still went ahead to borrow N750 which they deducted their usual 10% and yet I can't still make call as their computerised messenger keeps telling me that I have exusted my call credit. MTN is so annoying. I had to borrow again from Etisalat in order to make my calls. What kind of thieving is this? People kindly share your experiences.

Who are you? It's like you work for MTN otherwise you wouldn't be concerned about their eminent exposure here. Go and tell them to be honest in their dealings and stop all this corporate deceptions that impoverish the masses. Change! I'm talking to you in particular - image maker and defender of deceit.

I just asked you a simple question and you barking like a dog. How is the experience of others going to help you? Shut your cake hole if haven't got the answer. Not everything deserves a topic of its own. I bet if your network changes from 3G to edge, you will open a thread for it.

You asked a catty question which got you a doggy answer and you are now roaring about. If MTN scam is not what reporting to you, you must be a crook too. Since you want to shout me down for raising alarm of such corporate dishonesty. Oh did I see parot in your name. No wonder you chook mouth into every topic thoughtlessly.

You opened a thread to narrate your experience with MTN and instead of asking for solutions or reporting to the appropriate channels, you asked NLanders to also narrate theirs, what kind of sick f'ck does that? You just want others to tell you how MTN f'cked them up hence the reason you opened the thread and not how to solve this stuff and you call it "raising alarm for such corporate dishonesty" , it's like a guy bitten by a snake and instead of asking for help, he's asking people how they felt when they were bitten by a snake. How is people sharing their horrible experience with mtn going to help anyone?(mind you, there are dozens of this topic already on NL). I thought mtn have customer care services(both telephone and social media) where you lay down your complaints and get appropriate solutions for them or do you enjoy people deriding mtn or any other network just for fun?

My question still remains

What will sharing their experience do for you?

I've spoken with two different customer service personnel and they told mthere's nothing they can do. Is that a good answer to a customer? From a multinational like MTN? Hey! I don't know who you're and why you're uncomfortable with my question from fellow Nairalanders. If they took the N5000 compensation bonus as they called it, why should they stop me from using my borrowed N750? Thus I asked to know whether this experience is just peculiar to my line alone and yoy are considering me as jobless senseless OP.
