why is this government filled with jesters of late. it's time Buhari re-introduce dress allowance into ministers pay to allow the youth minister turned comrade turned emir to buy clothes befitting of his office.

it's time he needed to get serious and represent the youth. with all his dress stunts of late, the youths shouldn't be chastised for sagging since the minister of youth and sports can be said to dress abysmally.
