I am surprised not to see Gen Dambazau's name among the list. He was Chief of Army Staff between 2007 and 2009.Is it because he is now an APC shot and a minister?

I hope and pray that God will give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge. The police, especially in Nigeria are more equipped to investigate matters. If it was in a normal society, i would agree that the military investigate it's own but not in Nigeria.
