Well Buhari should go after GEJ!! Thats when civil servants in Osun and Oyo would understand the meaning of starvation!! You never settle Tompolo case you are talking about adding fuel to already burnin fire.

You people talk like tata ( babies). If Nigeria stops selling oil, who would starve the most - Oyo or Bayelsa state or even enugu state? Who produces more food? what will bayelsians sell to earn income? Fish? If Nigeria stops selling crude and hence have no money to import food, the east and south south would suffer worse starvation than the north and west.

Chapter 4. The lies and propaganda are gradually being pushed through. The novel aptly describes Nigeria's current political sojourn.
. . . and Nineteen Eighty Four best describes the Jonathan's era, when Dasuki clampdown (newspeak) of newspapers.

Dont worry!! By the time Buhari is stupid enough to even attempt to go after GEJ we would know between Osun and Enugu who will be complaining of hunger!!!let Buhari just dare!!

As a former president and leader of this country, he has a moral obligation to clear his name. It would be a shame to wait for EFCC investigations before he speaks about Dasukigate. It is not enough to simply say " i did not award $2.1billion contract for arms procurement." Did he instruct Dasuki to distribute money meant for arms procurement or not? That is the koko of the matter.
He has already told you he did not award any $2.1billion contract! If you are not satisfied with that then go and commit suicide.

so it was morally right for buhari to fail to appear before a duely constituted panel to explain his role in diversion of PTF funds yet you will arrest GEJ for doing same?

Oputa Panel and PTF Funds? undecided

The EFCC already has all it needs: The EFCC already has all it needs, if after arresting almost a dozen suspects in the scam they still don’t have a clue to the level of involvement of the fmr president then it means they have no evidence of the scam, ill advise they just dust their boots and embark on a new probe maybe this time of APC bigwigs.

this s really a striking point

At this point, that is his best defence.

I don't expect him to say any more than that.

He may eventually get dragged in to defend himself, he wouldn't want to make utterances now that may come back to hunt him.

But one thing is sure; Okonjo - Iweala and Jonathan both have questions to answer in this Dasuki business.

Churchill's proverb might be correct when applied to dogs, but what about when applied to goats? Should someone not throw stones at every goat that attempts to steal our yams? In fact should i not pursue every goat that has stolen my yams? Except you want my family and I to die of starvation.

Stop trying to appeal to sentiments, the fact that innocent lives were lost and many others displaced does not mean the scam allegations are real, if in doubt tell EFCC to tender that as an evidence in court. This is why I see this whole thing as a sham and a media trial, all APC wanna do is appeal to the sentiments of nigerians and use that as an excuse to haunt perceived enemies.

Guy wise up, you are acting according to a pre-written script. I hope e go clear for your eye soonest

Sham and media trail and people have been charged to court? Why not hold your peace till the court passes its verdict. The good thing about logic is that you can never turn it on its head.

When the time is right, he will be forced to speak up. Dasuki and Metuh both refused to talk initially, today, they are both singing like canary bird. No amount of blackmail can derail the ongoing fight against corruption. You lovers of corruption can continue to come up with meaningless write ups as much as you like, it won't stop the current probe of the thieving GEJ's administration.

At the write time, Jonathan will be forced to give account of how he presided over the looting of over $2.1billion and there is nothing you wailers can do about it. For now, he should quietly wait for his turn.

There is nothing like $2.1billion embezzlement. what you hear or read in newspapers is a media trial and scam.

1.FMR president Goodluck Jonathan said he didnt budget $2.1billion for arm .

2.The $2.1billion dollar as explained by many in support of President buhari, claimed it is an accumulated budget for arm from 2 or 3 years security vote...while would buhari be probing an ascertained and signed budget of security vote of accumulated period something that the National assembly must have vetted year in year out!!!??

3.The money alleged to have been share to dokpesi was for advert services render to PDP and Olu Falae received N100M for his SDP
party members to support PDP...these monies which are mostly party transactions have been labelled to benefit from arm deal.

4.Believing APC media trial and not hearing from dasuki is stupid from any1 who did so.

5.parties do raise money for election campaign,to classify PDP his opponent source of fund to be from arm budget is first class propaganda.

IF Gej break it silence buhari or APC lies will be laid bare to every1.

The best will to fight corruption is to lay down mechnism and structure to make a crime difficult. Like the expriemented card reader, the single treasury account and scanner in wharf and not discrediting people names and family while he buhari is doctoring budget figures to resubmit.

We've gone past the stage of denying, get yourself educated up to date. And while at it, tell GEJ to start preparing to answer questions about the $2.1billion arms fund.

Howbeit we still have Nigerians who lack insight into realities...

Look, we keep hearing dansuki said this, dansuki said that but effect can't charge him to court cause they haven't gotten a confessional statement from him... Don't you think it's contradicting. If they have evidence that he shared arms money, I don't see a need to get confession statement. Let the courts decide on the evidence given against him. All these "they found" without due diligence might just be their own side of the story and as usual, Nigerians are running with the comments becos their so call saints as said so.

For one, I don't expect APC to ever say anything good of PDP. How am I sure the magnitude at which they taking this arms deal probe is true when lies and inconsistencies is in their blood. Lamorde that should be probed is walking free because maybe he has something strong enough to indict the present government sef. All the lots recovered by him which is immediate income for Buhari, he didn'tlool into that, but rather probe into and endless pit. The National Assembly wanted to probe Lamorde, he didn't support. And he is talking about anti corruption...

Dasuki has been charged to court already. In fact, there are two separate cases against him at the moment and as more evidences comes in, more cases may still be instituted against him. So, get your facts right before commenting.

Yes, I heard that bur it doesn't take away the fact that they don't have substantial evidence to lock him away. The unravelling you talking about his still their side of the story. Nigerians need to hear court process sharing Dansuki side of the story in person, not the one we keep hearing from DSS or EFCC on the pages of newspaper and social media.

If indeed it was GEJ that instructed Dasuki to be sharing the gala then Dasuki must have been foolish to be doing so without any memo to that effect. Everytime I think of the fact that Dasuki was the one that caused the elections to be postponed, I just feel there's more to that man than we really understand but I doubt if we will ever get to the bottom of all this. Politicians easily change from reggae to blues at very short notice. Don't be surprised if Dasuki and Buhari suddenly discover a common interest. We will all now look like idiots for taking sides in the beginning.
