I suddenly discovered that the screen of my phone ceased to be responsive. I have made several attempts to make it to without success. I can't even unlock it right now. Gurus in the house, what do I do, please? How can I break the lock so that I can access the phone? I anticipate your urgent responses. Thanks |

Probably it's the touch problem. Take it to the engineer / phone repair. |
