Interesting.

People mustn't misappropriate funds meant for some other purposes. Sin complicates life.

But why the difference in treatment?

That is the more reason why it should be such.

No one has ever been convicted since 1999 because they pay paltry bail amounts and use the rest to hire SANs
to defend or drag the case till EFCC gives up.

Worst case scenario, suspect goes scot-free but Nigeria recovers the full amount shown on paper.

You're getting things missed up, know one is saying you can not re-arrest someone that has been granted bail by a competent court of law, if he/she is found guilty, but before you can do so, you hv to be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt, have facts and figures to back up reasons for re-arresting the individual, you and I know wat this present "Govt" does in cases of the NIMASA man, he was re-arrested after he was granted bail, right @ the front of the court, and @ as then, the EFCC were still looking for charges against him grin grin so many of them, the video is online for you to make reference to.

Looters are getting smarter so EFCC need to up their game too.
Gone are the days EFCC will arrest one on a 70 count charge.. Now they spread the charges. So once you're maneuver your way from on, they get you on another one, and another one...
Main while, you're losing money on hiring attorneys.

Let me ask you...what is the use of his lawyers then...

Yes rearrested infront or behind the court is no issue...

Efcc knew he will be granted bail n meet the bail hence his rearrest....

I want to ask upon his rearrest was he in efcc custody beyond the stipulated days according to constitution.....

Are you aware you can be arrested with no offence and charge to court, for any fabricated story..it is left from you to defend yourself.....

Efcc can rearrest him with any offence they deem fit, while investigating. Provided he has not stayed in efcc custody without charge, over d day stipulated by constitution....

I understand Wat you mean...Bt this government I think is wiser and smart.... knowing if they let a powerful man Lik him out so soon, he will destroy witnesses, evidence etc....

To me once any thing is done account to constitution.. then is right....

To me Wat I think efcc is doing now is spreading Lik 20 charges and rearresting you as many times as possible.... so that you cnt meet any bail and stay with them till your case is decided...

Efcc n dis government are now smart....

Bail bond is refundable once you don't jump bail. So why can't they when it's not illegal

I say re-arrest him after he even makes bond, and have deposited the 400 meter as required by the Court.

This guy with his mouth,is too dangerous to be allowed one single freedom.

The Grey hair's on his face though.

Kanu spent one Night in Prison and the next day, stress brought out plenty of grey hair on his face.

Raymond Dokpesi spent 2 hours in Jail, and came out looking like Father Christmas with Grey hair.

Metuh too.

May our enemies and the enemies of Nigeria grow WHITE BIABIA on their faces,so we can recognize them.

Haba bro, do you mean abdulsalam abubaker ate some yams too?....the way yam is tagged to corruption now is synonymous with the way lassa fever is tagged to rat o.

Every reasonable Nigeria will stand by president Buhari on his fight against corruption, but the manner @ which he President Buhari is going about it is questionable/selective, if the fight against corruption can be uniform accross board, inrespective of party affiliation, you will see all Nigerians both home and abroad supporting this government.
