It states that the 2016 Budget was presented on December 22, 2016!

A letter to correct an ERROR, containing another ERROR! Isn't this a GOVT of ERRORS?

This english can't possibly be PMB's, but the secretary and other people in the presidency that read that and couldn't spot that mistake..... they need to be changed asap.
