The DSS wouldnt handcuff you, You can run if you want, You would be gunned down, bringing your case to a quick conclusion and precious time channeled to other things.

But its not the same with the Nigerian Prison Service, it is policy to have a suspect Handcuffed while transporting them to and from Prison. this is the practice worldwide.
