Anyone using this poc to justify Metuh in hand cuffs is not justified. Nigerians who wish to remember should know that the EFCC at that time was used by OBJ to make politicians and govt officuals tow his line. They were all corrupt but those who was a headache to OBJ were reminded who is capone . Is this admijistration following suit.
Tafa and OBJ had an issue which EFCC was called in to treat which ledt to all this. He was even dragged by the car not a kuje prison van and if i recall well the car tyre was on his feet. He was rough handled.

You are wrong in your submission, Tafa Balogun was brought to court handcuffed from EFCC custody. EFCC also handcuffed DSP Alamegsigha from Bayelsa and flew him to Abuja. So Metuh was probably handcuffed for other reasons, not because he was brought from prison. And don't forget that just recently, former Governor of Jigawa state, Sule Lamido and sons came from prison just like Metuh to hear their bail applications and they weren't handcuffed.

Because Dasuki never vowed to eat his confessional statement and never showed erratic behaviour. Problems can not be solved by the level reasoning that created them i.e it will never continue in PDP way and this is the change we voted for. You might argue its a selective fight but i do not care about that. All i care about is for the monies stolen to be brought back.
