Well I waa told our mobilization list will be pasted next week at the students's affairs division.

Unical have not uploaded the list yet!

I don't know about the pasting of names... But I learnt that NYSC gave schools this week as the last week for the submission of names to them... And I also was told that the director of student's affairs will be leaving to Abuja tomorrow. So hopefully next week is feasible.. As you've stated clearly.

NYSC have a format in which all CPIs must adopt to use..in order to make it easy for uploading... This format will help all CPIs to vet properly, students with issues... After this internal vetting, names are sent through a soft copy and hardcopy to the NYSC headquarter which will be forwarded to the ICT unit for uploading...

Your school doesn't have access to NYSC portal directly... The ICT managers have the password to manipulate the site as well as site maintenance.

False! All schools have personalised access to the nysc portal. They use d portal to display mobilization list so that PCM can check for error, as oppose the old way of displaying @ thr DSA ( some schools still do this tho) The schools uploads unto the portal demselves and corrections are made by the schools directly on the portal.... Visit the nysc website and you will see Whr schools can login and upload their verified senate list

Exactly.... Budget is everything, if not signed and approved, the country will be on a stand-still. But we thank God as everything is beginning to work in our favour.

And unical convocation falls on that March 12th...

Many people have this misconception that budget approval has something to do with camping/ TT, the thing is that it doesn't. The law allows for government activities to be run at a level not above the last years budget in a case where budget hasn't been approved .Activities in the public sector can't be put to an halt simply because a bunch of 'very serious' people are delaying the budget approval.

The FG closes budget every year december and make new budget for the next year... If the budget is not close, how then will you make a new budget? On estimation?

You have to know what is left in the TSA to enable you plan successfully for the next year.

Iduno how to explain this...but whithout the approval of the budget, there will be delay of salary payments and other major activities in the country.

But did you tried visiting ur school to notify dem of ur desire? because naturally schools would only be working with the fresh graduate list that is readily available to dem oo except if older graduates notify dem b4 dey could take action oo. so try and visit school even tomorrow b4 d week runs out

That they need to notify senate again before sending the names..

I don't know what to say... But, if your senate is fast enough on the approval of the result or correction... I'm sure it'll be handled appropriately....

You have to be in school... Try to see if you know anybody at the DVC's office... Becoz the head of the school senate on results approval is the DVC's academic..

Senate Proceedings for today Thursday January 21, 2016. The Senate resumed its debate on the # 2016Budget after approving votes and proceedings of Wednesday 20th January, 2016.
After the contributions, Senate President Bukola Saraki then commended all Distinguished Senators who spoke on the #2016Budget today, said the debate continues next week... Senate Leader then moved for @NGRSenate to adjourn plenary to Next Legislative Day; Tuesday, 26th January, 2016. Senate Minority Leader seconded. Senate the adjourned plenary to Tuesday, 26th January, 2016.
