Irrespective of the first win against Niger, the Super Eagles team not yet a formidable one . I think Oliseh needs more knowledge about the game of soccer. No particular pattern for both Team A and B. We can't continue like this.

The Tunisians are not better, they are using height and physique advantage on our team, they are playing us the same format from first half, they take the ball to our left full back area and try to cross into our box 18,they should have scored more than three goals from similar position.Take note of our players beside the tinisian especially at the defense, this is why they win up balls in our 18 yard box.I don't see us winning or loosing the game,it is draw written all over it.
you know how to read a game, the Tunisians just made sure they held the ball in our half just to throw in aerial balls behind our defence and it kept working every time, Oliseh needs to watch that end. draw wasn't bad considering how we played anyway.

It's hard to be a Nigerian player tbh. I think the lads played really well. In a championship like this one, players should be allowed to really express themselves and get the big game experience but there's so much pressure for Nigerian players to win all the time. This is the difference between the two teams. Tunisians drew their first game yet they re the team more relaxed and composed. They played with so much freedom and I think that's what u expect from championships like this one. Nigerians could have just gone for this match and play to their strength. This team is a nice team but I feel for the group, the pressure to win all the time might inhibit their development. And well done to the referee for todays match. He didnt allow the North Africans to intimidate him. I don't rank the North Africans including Egypt outside Africa. They re a joke. One or two flashes of brilliancy and that's it. The rest is pure drama and this ref today didn't buy into that.

Sorry to quote you but i want to answer or contribute in this point you raised.A team is not players raised because of a certain competition rather a team is a set of players that have been playing together for close to two seasons or more, two seasons is equal to two years. When did Oliseh took over as super eagles coach?no coach on earth has 100% winning record.I watched this team from the game against Niger and this match against Tunisia, the team is going to be better with some subtractions and addittions,i saw bounch of players that put together 3-4 accurate passes and as well few that came short but it is by playing together often that team chemistry can be attained.

I am not supporting the tactics nor the coach but a team that played two games, won one and drew one is not a bad team,
Tunisia needed that match badly because they drew their first game and are on 2points now after two games while Nigeria has four points courtesy of the first match won and this drawn against Tunisia.

It may interest you to know that those Tunisians are 60%+ of the real Tunisia national team, this can't be said of our team,
Nigeria need to up their game but a team can not be good in all the matches,i am not taking anything away from our team good performance and i wish for upward improvement in their subsiquent matches.

Though we are shaky especially in the defense but i can see the players running here and there to cover up for each other,
in my opinion the team will improve with time, i wish the entire team good luck.

With respect to some valid points you made, I don't think Oliseh has this special touch that brings out the expected expression from the team. These guys are just displaying their individual brilliance.

Oliseh needs to up him games. The buck lies on his table. How long do you think he needs to give us an attractive pattern of play we were known for? Be only manages to win matches. Not bringing him down though. He still has a lit to learn about African soccer.

These guys are just displaying their individual brilliance.

Oliseh needs to up him game. The buck lies on his table. How long do you think he needs to give us an attractive pattern of play we were known for? He only manages to win matches without a viable structure of play. Not bringing him down though. He still has a lot to learn about coaching. Nigeria is a huge brand. We can't afford 'on-the-job-training-coach '.

@ Walewalender, i will ask these few questions and hope we answer them with honesty.

1.When last did any of our senior teams defeat their opponent by scoring 4-1?

2.When last did a Nigerian team defeat a North African team without hypertension?

3.Three/Four years ago Jose Mourinho and other big coaches were approached to coach PSG but none want to,why?a team needs time to be formed,Our greatest Super Eagles ever took Westerholf 5-6 years to raise, many fell by the wayside, with omission and addition we got the likes of Finidi,Amunike,Okocha,Amokachi while the backbones were Rashidi,Keshi,Eguavoen.

I am not going to write Oliseh off for now, continuity is very very important in sports,Mr.Keshi even invited undeserved players and we all know the outcome,if for the first time Oliseh paraded a team without Gbolahan Salami etc who always made the cut then praise this man for now and wait till he fails before we write him off.If great coaches like Mourinhno etc can't win 100% then there is no perfect strategy in football, there is always surprises in football, from what i saw of the team on the field of play, am sure they will get better.I always give my verdict on a team and i have never come short, the team will qualify and from there anything can happen.
