Exactly my question on fb too, how is he better than those "common" thieves on the streets? If he is found guilty, then he should face the music. All I ask is for, fair hearing and justice.

Exactly. That's why the chains or cuffs was unnecessary. He is not a criminal until he is guilty.

A man was caught stealing #20 and the people burnt him fine...and another man was giving #400m for an assignment which he claimed to have carried out to the satisfaction of his master and you end up calling him a thief and chained him to court...how did this two cases connect Seun..? If the govt. is looking for their money they should arrest the people that were in charge of the money to give account of it and not the other way round.
