I use an iPhone 4s and it gets warm during use,with constant use it becomes hot. Pls what is the problem with it?

All devices do that after long use.

Is mostly when you use 3G network. Off data after use and double click the home button to stop apps from running in the background

Usage during charging. Is my second phone(jailbroken) thats why i know
