The case of the former NSA can be likened to a bus conductor who driver gives instructions to collect money from the passengers and also give N50.00 to every disturbing police team. At the end of the day, when the bus owner calls to account the running of the bus, only the conductor and the police team is charged for stealing and receiving bribes respectively. The bus driver is silent, kept quiet or feign ignorance of the conductor's deeds. Toh..... Na Naija we de shaaa a!  |
