A reader spotted this pregnant woman working as a bus conductor today at Ajah, Lagos. When he asked her if she was pregnant, she said she was 6 months pregnant but couldn't stop work because she needed the money. Inspiring and sad at the same time!

Truth be told...women are so hardworking

They need to arrest the slowpoke that put her in this position first of all. Women need to start making the law work for them. If you can get someone pregnant, you are ready to provide for baby and mummy.

We know things are presently hard in this country, what this woman is doing is not too good. She is a pregnant woman, she needs not do this. I guessed her husband is the driver and thinking paying conductor might be too expensive.

Jumping in and out of the bus in motion is dangerous for her baby and her health too. Something needs to be done in this country before the youth take up harms to fight the government.

I know PMB is trying to fix things, but he should fix the common things first and not make fighting corruption his main objective.

Nonsense!!!! Is she a kid? Is she unaware of her economic and financial position before opening her legs. It is about time our "victim" women realise their huge responsibility in child making. My dad's maid earns 30k a month but she has 8 children!!! Their fate is almost certainly sealed in poverty.
