The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has approved the routine re-deployment of some its Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs). A statement issued and signed by the Secretary to the Commission, Mrs.Augusta C. Ogakwu, said the re-deployment took effect immediately with the handing over to be concluded by Thursday the 2nd of February, 2016. http://www.metropillar.com/2016/01/inec-approved-routine-re-deployment-of.html
