✞ The Gospel of Christ for Salvation

Romans 1:16
"For I am not ashamed of the
*Gospel of Christ*: for it is the
power of God *unto salvation* to
everyone that *believeth*-[trust-
in]; to the Jew first, and also the the Greek."
.
Paul tells us here he is not ashamed of the *Gospel of Christ* because through its message Jesus will save everyone who *believes.
.
*There are two kinds of Believing:
1. Believe by seeing... requiring
evidence / a sign
2. Believing without seeing...
requiring *faith
.
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace are ye saved
through *faith; and that not of
yourselves: it is the gift of God:
.
"...blessed are they that have *not
seen*, and *yet have believed*. --
John 20:29b
.
Galatians 1: 11-12
11. But I certify you, brethren, that
{the gospel} which was preached of me is NOT AFTER MAN.
12. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Paul assures us he did not learn the *Gospel of Christ* from the other apostles or any other person except Jesus Christ by direct revelation.

Galatians 1:8
”But though we, or an angel from
heaven, *preach any other gospel* unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
.
Paul says if anyone, even an angel
of God, preach any other gospel
other than the one he preaches....let God eternally punish them.

-The Gospel of Christ -
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto
you the gospel… By which also ye
are saved, how that Christ died for
our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1
Corinthians 15:1-4
.
This is what one *must believe* to be saved, the Gospel of Christ, with nothing added or taken away less you make it null and void.

Trust in Jesus, believing He died for your sins and rose from the tomb to save you and he promises he will!
