I checked through for a thread on the above named phone but couldn't find.... Surprised though...

Currently using the Samsung S6 edge+....... So far so good the phone has been splendid with serious multitasking abilities, gaming, browsing speed, sharp camera, smooth finger print, quick charge etc... In my opinion, this might be the best performing phone right now. Major drawback is the non-availability of the infrared sensor for remote control and battery is just normal....... dies when pushed too hard... But can get up to two days with normal use.

Antutu score is 79323, the performance is almost same as the normal s6 edge.

To all other users, Kindly post experience so far with the device, tips and tricks, rooting, os upgrades etc.

I've been using the galaxy s6 now for a couple of months. So far it is the best phone I've ever used. Screen is amazing and camera is something else. The phone is snappy, no single lag experienced yet. Has the infrared sensor and i use the remote to control everything in my house, TV, home theatre, Ac, even apple TV. The only drawback is it struggles to keep more than 4 apps in memory. Like when u are browsing using chrome and open a few apps, by the time u are back in chrome it will reload the page.. Pretty snappy though. Same thing with gaming, when u open up to 3 games and go back to the first, it will reload. I think the phone was designed like that for optimization, I mean who plays 3 games at the same time? Even PlayStation 4 with 8gb of ram can only play one game at a time.

But it gets annoying when u are playing a game and switch to reply a Whatsapp message for just minutes and the game will have to restart. I heard it was fixed in the galaxy s6 edge plus.

Using edge6+ the phone is excellent and for multi tasking it's perfect, the battery is out of this world when compared to the s4 I was using b4 and it keeps shining all day due to the gold version

Yea, 4gb of ram no be play play. But I think the 3gb on galaxy s6 is also enough for multitasking. The memory leak was reportedly fixed with 5.1.1 but my phone still struggles to keep many apps in memory when u start running 10 apps at the same time. Chrome tabs reload after a few app switching. Maybe it is a t mobile thing. There are custom roms that fix this but I just don't feel like rooting this phone. I'll wait for marshmallow and see if it fixes it, if not then I'll root and install custom rom.

I read you're using a t-mobile variant of the samsung s6, are you able to use your hotspot?

It works like a charm. I was also confused when I first got the phone as the t mobile variant dkesnr have in built hotspot. U have to use the t mobile hotspot, look for the icon in the app drawer or under t mobile folder.

i was gona buy this phone today but the price is killing, i just sold my htc one e9+ and i was hoping i will get samsung galaxy s6 edge plus 64gb for at most 160k but meeehnnnn....the phone is 215k....

i just weak now...

what's the storage size of your Samsung s6? I'm trying to get the 64gb but it seems to be very hard to come by, since the storage is fixed I'm finding it hard to go for the 32gb stora

Check out Samsung offices. I'm very sure the branch in VI had it recently but I don't know for now. But u can call them or call any of thier there offices before making the move.

Mine is the 32gb version. Might be hard to get the 64gb, that one is more common with the s6 edge plus

Just sold my note 4 and got note 5... Mehn d fone is crazy..beauty, d built is premium.. I didn't av d ram management issues on my note 5 tho.. I leave my apps open for 2 hrs plus and still continue where I stopped.. I read somewhere dat d ram management issue dat plagued d original s6 will b fixed wit marsmallow update.. And d update started rollin out on d s6 today in korea.. Can't wait to av it on my note 5.. And d ba3 life on d fone is superb...

All true. Waiting for the MM update like shit. I hope it arrives pretty fast without any bug or maybe with less manageable bugs

bro whts up??...4 months after, how's the S6 edge plus performing? ?.. I'm planning to gettit but I'm scared of the lag issues associated with Exynos Chipset followed by laggy TouchWiz

pls how's ur edge plus doing? ??...is the Exynos Chipset performing? any lag issues? ?..I want to get the edge plus...I need honest advice

The phone is still performing excellently no issues at all.
